Letting go is simply making a decision to no longer
allow something from the past to influence your life
today or to diminish your inner sense of peace and
well-being. So all we need to do is let go of the
beliefs and mental attitudes that prevent us from
experiencing the pleasure of the moment. The
problem is figuring out exactly what that means; we
have so many ideas that keep us from living in the
present moment and from becoming content and
